Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support engineering, technical and manufacturing hiring with a high-touch candidate experience.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct screens, partner with hiring managers, build talent pools, and help maintain a consistent interview process while traveling up to 10%.

The role is remote with minimal supervision and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed and various Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn the business and role objectives.
• Define go-to-market strategies and execute sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, associations, job boards, direct search and social media.
• Execute on diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS including reviewing resumes and dispositioning candidates promptly.
• Partner with hiring teams on competency-based interview guides and assessments.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Adhere to performance goals and standards.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and build the brand on campus.
• Attend networking and professional events and career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
