Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience and build strong relationships with hiring managers across technical and manufacturing roles.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and drive consistency in the recruitment process while representing our client in the marketplace and supporting on-site interviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to intimately learn about the business and functional area in which you are recruiting, the key performance objectives of the role, the position value proposition, and the experiences and competencies that are required of the position.
