Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute relevant activities.
• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS and timely dispositioning.
• Partner with hiring teams on competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and collect feedback from stakeholders.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and career events.
