Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People Team in a hybrid Denver role. You will support end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, coordinating postings, screenings, and interview scheduling, while maintaining candidate records in SmartRecruiters.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion, with opportunities for professional development, volunteering, and broader benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting or HR-related support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Team player who is enthusiastic, flexible and collaborative.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Conduct resume review and initial screenings to assess fit.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social channels, networking and referrals.
• Prepare candidate look books in PowerPoint for review.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters.
• Manage candidate journey from sourcing to offer.
• Support TA team with administrative tasks and events.
