Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Talent, Learning and Development Manager in Denver. The role partners with the Head of Talent Management to translate the global strategy into disciplined delivery across leadership development and talent processes.

The position oversees leadership programs, talent reviews, succession planning, and executive coaching. It emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder engagement and a strong learner experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading talent management or organisational development in a global setting.
• Proven ability to run talent reviews and succession planning with calibration and follow-through.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive-facing credibility.
• Strong programme leadership across strategy, design and hands-on execution.
• Experience designing leadership/learning solutions with solid evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior partner to the Head of Talent Management, translating global strategy into practical delivery.
• Own end-to-end talent review and succession processes, including guidance and reporting.
• Lead leadership and learning sessions for senior and cross-functional audiences.
• Oversee delivery of leadership development programmes, coordinating scope and logistics.
• Support executive development and coaching initiatives with needs analyses and vendor coordination.
• Help shape and deliver AI learning agendas within leadership and broader programs.
• Provide programme leadership for the Leadership Academy portfolio with governance and learner experience in mind.
• Use data and feedback to improve solutions and keep senior stakeholders updated.
• Build trusted relationships with HR partners and business leaders across regions.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
