Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Comfortable with hybrid work and distributed teams.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain ATS with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline processes.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding activities, and related tasks.
• Track recruiting data and maintain hiring reports and documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates with timely updates.
• Maintain internal documentation and best practices for Talent Acquisition.
