Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking an MSP Talent Advisor in a hybrid role based in Newark, NJ or Jacksonville, FL. You will act as a consultative partner to client hiring managers, drive contingent workforce delivery, and optimize engagement within an enterprise MSP environment.

In this role, you will own requisition fulfillment, manage non-FTE procurement, and collaborate with global teams to meet budget, SLAs and KPI targets, while building enduring client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of MSP experience.
• Client services experience interfacing with executive/C-suite leadership.
• Hands-on Beeline VMS experience.
• Background in candidate generation, requisition management, or consultative recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Serve as SME for non-FTE procurement and VMS tools.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, screens, present slates, and sell opportunities.
• Proactively gather market intelligence to share with internal teams and client leaders.
• Collaborate with global colleagues, talent sourcing specialists, and centers of expertise.
