Qualifications

• Proven work experience recruiting (1 year or more).
• Hands-on sourcing experience via social platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and data entry.
• Familiarity with ATSs and CMSs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via phone or online.
• Craft recruiting emails and SMS texts.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Analyze resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates to assess qualifications.
• Enter data into ATS/HRIS; maintain candidate database.
• Compile reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
