Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Staffing Recruiter/Admin for our Maxton, NC location. The role focuses on proactively sourcing qualified candidates, screening applicants, and conducting initial interviews via phone or online.

You will assist the Site Manager with reports, help build talent pipelines, and seek new opportunities to place candidates from the company’s database. This on-site position runs 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience recruiting (1 year or more).
• Hands-on sourcing techniques including social platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with ATS/CMS.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks.
• Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Analyzes resumes accurately.
• Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
• Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
• Completes employment reference checks on candidates.
• Schedules candidates for interviews.
• Develops talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintains an up-to-date and effective candidate database.
• Enters data into ATS and HRIS systems.
• Compiles reports as needed.
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
