Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) in Laurinburg, NC seeks a Staffing Recruiter/Admin with a proactive, energetic mindset. You will search for qualified applicants, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and support the Site Manager with reports and engagement.

Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, drafting recruiting emails, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining ATS/CMS data, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience recruiting (1 year or more)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Outstanding time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
• Ability to work individually or on teams as required
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks
• Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts
• Coordinates with hiring managers to determine position requirements
• Analyzes resumes accurately
• Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments
• Completes employment reference checks on candidates
• Schedules candidates for interviews
• Develops talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintains an up-to-date and effective candidate database
• Enters data into ATS and HRIS systems
• Compiles reports as needed
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
