Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) in Laurinburg, NC seeks a Staffing Recruiter/Admin who is a creative, energetic individual with a “Whatever It Takes” attitude to fulfill duties.

The Recruiter/Admin proactively searches for qualified applicants, screens candidates, conducts initial interviews, assists the Site Manager with reports and engagement, and seeks new business to place candidates from the database.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience recruiting (1 year or more).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Outstanding time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work individually or on teams as required.
• Familiarity with ATSs and CMSs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks.
• Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Analyzes resumes accurately.
• Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
• Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
• Completes employment reference checks on candidates.
• Schedules candidates for interviews.
• Develops talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintains an up-to-date and effective candidate database.
• Enters data into ATS and HRIS systems.
• Compiles reports as needed.
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
