Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Staffing Recruiter/Admin for our Maxton, NC location. The role involves recruiting, interviewing, candidate screening, and supporting site management with reports and candidate engagement.

The position requires at least 1 year of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and proficient computer skills. Salary is hourly with benefits and standard work hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven recruiting experience.
• Hands-on sourcing using social platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
• Familiar with ATSs and CMSs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via phone or online.
• Craft recruiting emails and SMS texts.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Analyze resumes for qualification.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques.
• Interview candidates to evaluate technical qualifications for assignments.
• Complete employment reference checks on candidates.
• Schedule candidates for interviews.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate database and enter data into ATS/HRIS.
• Compile reports as needed and ensure compliance with standards.
