Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three years of progressively challenging supervisory experience in gaming operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage staff and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Grow gaming revenues by developing the customer base and engaging VIP guests.
• Issue comps and resolve disputes for entire Pit during assigned shift.
• Collaborate with VP Table Games to optimize customer service, comps, and expenses.
• Improve results using established methods and monitor through evaluation.
• Support staffing, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Provide leadership in gaming operations and ensure compliance with Title 31.
• Maintain integrity of daily operations and model company policies.
• Represent the company professionally and encourage others to do the same.
