Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; 2–4 years customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic database/spreadsheet tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce game procedures and policies per manuals and controls.
• Maintain accountability for gaming chips, cards, dice, and equipment.
• Monitor table inventories and manage table limits.
• Lead pit operations and ensure daily integrity on shift.
• Open/close games to optimize labor and service.
• Report daily gaming activity to Casino Ops Managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance incl. Title 31 compliance.
• Provide staff development and training to improve results.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Casino Ops Manager on strategies for engagement and profitability.
