Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience in table games/slots.
• Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games/Slots operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily shift management in Casino Operations.
• Coordinate scheduling with manager and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting and report budget concerns to management.
• Oversee gaming floor operations and ensure proper payout amounts.
