Landry's is seeking a Pit Supervisor to oversee gaming service in a designated pit, ensuring adherence to brand standards and a high level of guest service on the casino floor. The role requires supervising dealers, monitoring game activity, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities include directing games, observing for irregular activities, and supporting staff through hiring and training to ensure top-tier service and compliance with policy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee gaming service activities for a designated pit.
• Monitor game activity and address irregular or suspicious behavior.
• Direct games in progress and provide dealer guidance.
• Monitor player limits, gains/losses, and dealer performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer courtesy on each game.
• Assist in hiring, performance reviews, and staff discipline.
• Provide on-the-job training for Dealers to ensure effective performance.
