Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) in related field, or minimum 3 years in a comparable Table Games leadership position, or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Table Games operating systems is a plus.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve problems diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and daily management of a designated pit/shift in the Table Games Department.
• Monitors chips and cash transactions and ensures correct payouts.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory procedures and company policies.
• Assists with budgeting and department initiatives; supports guest satisfaction goals.
• Maintains integrity of table games operations and team engagement.
