Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Pit Supervisor to oversee gaming operations in a designated pit and ensure service aligns with our standards and brand values.

You will monitor multiple games, direct play, and assist dealers while maintaining the integrity of the floor and balancing player limits, gains/losses, and performance metrics. The role requires casino experience, strong math skills, and a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising pit games and dealing in a casino.
• Knowledge of cheating techniques and game policies.
• Two years multi-game dealing experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to count chips and currency.
• Print and write legibly.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Team player with guest-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Availability for varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsabilités

• Oversee effective gaming service in assigned pit.
• Monitor activities for suspicious or irregular actions.
• Direct games and provide dealer corrections.
• Track player limits, gains/losses, and dealer performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer courtesy.
• Assist with hiring, appraising, and disciplining staff.
• Provide on-the-job training for Dealers.
