Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or Coordinator roles, ideally in tech/fintech/payments.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Professionalism and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Clear communication across Slack and email with team members.
• Strong work ethic and timely task completion.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Schedule high‑volume and complex interviews, resolve conflicts.
• Cover for other coordinators to keep scheduling/logistics running smoothly.
• Use AI tools to streamline scheduling and flag process improvements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
