Job summary

NBT is seeking an IT Technician to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals in NY. You will document, upgrade, and replace hardware and software, and manage user accounts with appropriate rights and security groups.

A minimum of 3 years IT experience and an Associate's degree are required, with A+ certification to be obtained within 12 months. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, with solid Windows PC skills and basic project

Must obtain A+ certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs more complex computer systems and peripherals.
Analyzes utilization metrics of various systems.
Provides Business Recovery support relating to IT initiatives.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
