Job summary

NBT is seeking an IT professional to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals in our New York operations. You will document, upgrade, and support hardware/software systems while managing user accounts and security groups.

Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years in IT. A+ certification within 12 months is expected. Some nights/weekends and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT related field.

Responsibilities

• Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs more complex computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Analyzes and trends utilization metrics of various systems.
• Provide Business Recovery support relating to IT initiatives.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
