Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college education optional.
• Minimum 2 years of technology support experience or equivalent.
• A+ Certification required.
• HDI Support Center Analyst Certificate or HDI Desktop Support Technician Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains computer systems.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems.
• Completes special projects and assignments as directed.
• Consults and advises on use of systems and communicates with employees about issues.
