Job summary

NBT Bank is seeking an IT Support professional to install, repair, and maintain computer systems in a team environment. The role covers documenting and upgrading hardware/software, plus advising users on system use.

Required are at least a high school diploma, 2 years of tech support experience, and A+ and HDI certifications. Occasional night/weekend work may be required; valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college education optional
• 2 years of technology support experience or equivalent
• A+ certification or equivalent required
• HDI certifications (Support Center Analyst or Desktop Support Technician) required

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains computer systems.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems.
• Completes special projects and assignments as directed.
• Consults and advises on use of the systems and communicates with employees about issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
