- Must have awareness of desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Must have awareness of industry’s technology trends.
- Must be interested in computer-based information systems.
- Must communicate clearly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Imaging new PCs/Tablets/Thin Clients.
- Prep servers/firewalls/switches for projects.
- Assist Help Desk with Virus Removal tickets.
- Updating documentation in configurations and databases.
- Handle shipping/receiving tasks.
