Job summary

NBT Bank is seeking an IT Support Specialist to install, repair, and maintain computer systems from standard configurations. The role involves troubleshooting, upgrading hardware and software, and assisting with IT projects as directed.

The position requires strong communication, PC skills in a Windows environment, and the ability to work within a team. Nights and/or weekends may be required; a valid driver's license is also needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college education desired but not required.
• 2 years of technology support experience or equivalent.
• A+ Certification or equivalent required; HDI certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains computer systems.
• Documents, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems.
• Complete special projects and assignments as directed.
