Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
• Proficient in ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, and major-incident practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and remediate incidents across on‑premises, cloud, virtualization, backup, and storage technologies.
• Own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events through resolution with clear customer updates.
• Document runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards; identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor service levels and participate in post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
