Logicalis, Inc. is seeking an experienced infrastructure operations professional to provide 24x7x365 support for customer environments.

You will own incidents and changes from diagnosis to resolution, balancing hands‑on admin work with excellent customer communications and documentation. The role emphasizes structured troubleshooting, monitoring, knowledge base maintenance, and continual service improvement across on‑prem, cloud, and virtualization domains.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in infrastructure or managed services
• Experience across on‑premises, cloud, virtualization, backup and storage technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, request, problem, change processes
• Proficient with PowerShell and Windows Server administration where applicable
• Strong communication with customers and cross‑functional teams

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, remediate, patch, upgrade, and change management
• Handle incidents, requests, problems, changes end‑to‑end
• Document runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of supported services and tools
• Escalate and communicate outcomes to customers and stakeholders
