Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience across multiple technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration, AD, PowerShell, and identity services.
• Knowledge of Azure/M365, virtualization, backup, and storage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, remediate, maintain, patch, and upgrade across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events through resolution.
• Document runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards; drive continuous improvement.
