Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a System Team Lead for Centralized Access, Crisis and Navigation to support the call center staff in connecting callers to resources and services while addressing crisis needs in a trauma-informed and least restrictive manner.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional coaching skills. Flexible work hours are required to address call center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adaptive Physical Education, Child Development, Child Life, Communication Disorders, Family Studies, Health, Human Development, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitative Counseling/Rehabilitation Services, Sociology, Special Education or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for enhanced eligibility.
• QMHP certification or eligibility is a valued credential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the System Team within Centralized Access, Crisis and Navigation to support call center staff.
• Connect callers to resources and services and address crisis needs in a trauma-informed, least restrictive manner.
• Provide coaching and supervision to call center staff; ensure flexible coverage to meet call center hours.
