Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a System Team Lead for Centralized Access, Crisis and Navigation to support the call center staff, connect callers to resources, and address crisis needs in a trauma-informed, least restrictive manner. The role requires a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented professional with strong coaching skills and the ability to adapt to call center hours and operations.

A Bachelor's Degree and four years in Health and Human services are required; Master’s preferred and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Adaptive Physical Education, Child Development, Child Life, Communication Disorders, Family Studies, Health, Human Development, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitative Counseling/Rehabilitation Services, Sociology, Special Education.
Four years of experience in Health and Human services field.
QMHP or eligible for QMHP certification (on the job).

Responsibilities

Lead the System Team for Centralized Access, Crisis and Navigation to support call center staff.
Connect callers to resources, services and address crisis needs in a trauma-informed and least restrictive manner.
Maintain flexible work hours to address call center hours and operations.
