Job summary

Telecare Corporation's San Mateo Mobile Crisis Response Team seeks an entry-level licensed manager to supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate crisis services, and ensure timely assessments and interventions.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will participate in on-call rotations, provide crisis response leadership, and help reduce unnecessary hospitalizations while developing managerial skills in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Two years post-master's crisis response experience.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc. required.
• Certified to perform W & I 5150 Holds in the field.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months of employment.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment.
• All post-offer clearances and driving requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs.
• Provide telephone screening, triage and referrals, and ensure timely responses.
• Lead the San Diego MCRT team and manage on-call rotations according to protocols.
• Ensure timely assessments and appropriate interventions for consumers.
• Monitor communications during on-call and follow operational protocols.
