Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a health or human services field.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and QMHP-CS eligibility.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Crisis services experience preferred.
• Substitutions: Bachelor's degree with at least 30 hours of behavioral health coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine services best meet ongoing needs and track progress toward recovery goals.
• Coordinate emergency and case management services with community partners, including law enforcement.
• Exercise appropriate clinical judgment to mitigate crises per supervision and agency training.
• Complete all clinical documentation within instructed time intervals and agency parameters.
• Provide support to other programs within Crisis Services when needed.
• Performance standards aligned with MHMR's We CARE values.”
