Job summary

Owns technical work across incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from initial diagnosis through resolution. The role combines hands‑on administration with customer communication, accurate documentation, service‑level management, and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience across multiple technologies.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration, identity and access, Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with virtualization, backup/recovery, and storage platforms, plus ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs structured troubleshooting, remediation, and changes across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Owns incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events through resolution and updates.
• Maintains documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards.
• Captures reusable resolutions and identifies automation opportunities to reduce repeat work.
• Communicates with customers, prioritizes work by impact, and follows service commitments.
