Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an SVP, New Development to lead the strategy, development and transaction of new multi-family housing and related infrastructure opportunities within the Military business segment. The role demands an entrepreneurial growth mindset, hands-on execution, and strong negotiation skills to deliver outcomes with partners.

The candidate will coordinate with Army partnerships, oversee complex targets, and ensure long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives and growing opportunities.
• Experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting, or M&A a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi-family housing and related infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset fees align with partnership goals.
• Collaborate with the Army to meet housing needs and deliver financial benefits to project companies.
• Understand partnership governance and responsibilities to ensure accountability.
• Identify performance gaps and create corrective action plans for end-to-end execution.
• Oversee multiple complex growth targets and drive execution of the strategic plan.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field

MBA/advanced business-related degree
