Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Vice President, New Development to drive strategy, development, and transactions for new multi-family housing and related infrastructure opportunities within the Military segment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, negotiating arrangements, and growing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve growth objectives and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives that increase profitability and expand business opportunities.
• Experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting, or M&A is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, delivery, and dependencies; lead growth of multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proven ability to analyze opportunities and formulate business strategies at prospect and market levels.
• Ability to present technical information and translate concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi-family development.
• Develop and implement project strategies to ensure asset fees for the partnership.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to meet housing needs while benefiting projects.
• Understand partnership governance and hold parties accountable for responsibilities.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps; develop corrective action plans with operations teams.
• Oversee multiple complex housing growth targets and maximize strategy effectiveness.
• Execute high-value opportunities by nurturing partner relationships and forming deal concepts.
• Prepare governance and transition documents; participate in negotiations as appropriate.
• Maintain an ongoing view of partnership goals and operational awareness.
