Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field is required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives that increase profitability and expand business opportunities; government/public-private partnerships a plus.
• Proven ability to manage business development timelines, delivery, and dependencies; experience leading growth of multimillion-dollar projects.
• Demonstrated ability to present highly technical information to diverse audiences and negotiate complex terms.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi-family development and related housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement project-specific strategies to maximize fees and value.
• Collaborate with the Army to support housing needs and provide financial benefit to project companies.
• Oversee partnership governance, contracts, and strategic alliances; drive end-to-end execution.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps; develop corrective action plans with operations teams.
• Lead multiple complex growth targets and optimize overall strategy.
