Qualifications

• 15+ years in a Services leadership role with quota attainment.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Experience designing or scaling AI-native service delivery models, including agentic AI-based offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and account-focused leadership for AMER Professional Services.
• Champion the transition to an AI-native delivery model—rethink delivery, staffing, and offering design.
• Attract and coach top talent with AI fluency and transformation capability.
• Develop insights on customer needs, industry trends, and sales plays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize services for multiple sub-segments.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across the operating unit.
