Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Vice President / General Manager, Operating Unit Lead to shape and deliver AMER Professional Services. You will lead teams designing, developing, and delivering AI-native service offerings across the region, driving utilization, bookings, and revenue in a coordinated way.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to build a capable team and push AI-powered delivery accelerators.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a services leadership role with quota attainment.
• 15+ years of industry expertise and knowledge of industry-specific challenges.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Track record leading transformational projects delivering customer outcomes.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and agentic technologies and how they change service delivery.
• Senior leader able to operate effectively with C-level executives.
• MBA and technical disciplines are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-focused thought leadership for AMER Professional Services and the AI-native delivery model.
• Lead the transition to AI-native delivery, reengineering methods, staffing, and offering construction across the operating unit.
• Attract, coach, and develop a high-performing team aligned with our culture and AI capabilities.
• Develop insights about customers and industry trends, and shape sales plays and advisory councils.
• Collaborate with CSG, Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize services by segment.
• Influence cross-functionally without direct hierarchy to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead large-scale business transformation initiatives translating AI-native vision into operating model changes.
