Qualifications

• 15+ years in a Services leadership role with quota attainment and revenue management.
• 15+ years of industry knowledge and challenges.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in transforming services and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership for AMER Professional Services within the cloud model.
• Lead AI-native delivery model and staffing changes across the unit.
• Attract, coach, and develop high-performance teams.
• Develop insights on customer needs and market trends to guide offerings.
• Collaborate with CSG, Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize delivery.
• Influence across organizations without direct reporting lines.
• Act as a trusted advisor with customers and analysts on AI-driven outcomes.
• Manage financial commitments of the operating unit against metrics.
• Systematize new packages and programs, ensuring AI-augmented delivery.
• Enable and evangelize the portfolio, including new offerings.
• Collaborate to deliver services for multiple sub-segments.
• Lead large-scale transformation with tangible outcomes.
