You will enable leadership to operate with clarity, build an execution framework, and drive cross-functional alignment across matrixed teams, delivering measurable outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Executive Operations or related fields.
• Proven track record in setting operational frameworks and managing senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in executive speechwriting and narrative framing.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into structured operational models.
• Strong business acumen across Customer Success operations and financial cycles.

Responsabilités

• Establish operating rhythm, decision frameworks, and executive forums for discipline.
• Partner with CS COO leadership to streamline decision-making and execution.
• Filter operational noise and surface risks to guide teams.
• Own end-to-end communications strategy for leadership alignment.
• Shape agendas and content for executive forums and leadership meetings.
• Direct high-stakes priorities and convert complex challenges into plans.
