Saab AB is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded DoD systems. You will serve as the primary liaison for post-delivery efforts, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams across the lifecycle to ensure performance, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and cost/schedule control.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in collaborating within a team environment.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma for quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities with program leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including prioritization, resource planning, and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, including quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Coordinate spares and repairs including quotes, orders, and service contract proposals for integration, on-site testing and training.
• Plan and execute service events with stakeholders, ensuring parts are available in advance.
• Support field technicians during service events and coordinate follow-up discussions with Saab teams.
• Track on-time delivery and key program metrics to manage cost, schedule, and quality.
• Participate in financial planning with revenue forecasts and order projection feedback.
• Analyze failure trends and drive improvements; request RCCA reports and mitigate inventory risks.
• Complete system handovers with Production Program Manager and ensure clear transition of responsibilities.
• Develop customer reports aligned with customer model and present program updates during PMRs.
• Ensure compliance with Saab SOPs and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 15% annually.
