Saab AB seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment for multiple DoD fielded systems. You will act as the primary contact for post-delivery activities, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams across the lifecycle of fielded platforms.

The role emphasizes applying program management, leading cross-functional teams, managing spares, repairs, and service contracts, and driving quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Understanding of quality and continuous improvement concepts, Lean and Six Sigma
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities.
• Provide programmatic leadership and oversight of depot and customer support.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements including quoting and PO reviews.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, and service contracts for integration, testing, and training.
• Track on-time delivery and other key program metrics.
• Participate in Saab's financial planning cycles with revenue forecasts.
