Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for multiple DoD products after hardware delivery. You will coordinate with leadership, customers, and Saab teams to ensure quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle of fielded systems.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage spares, repairs, quotes, and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in program management.
• Experience in collaborative team environments and PM practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-delivery contact for Saab DoD sustainment programs.
• Lead depot and customer support activities, including resource planning and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quotes, PO reviews, and Task Orders.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, service contracts, and field support activities.
• Plan and execute service events with customers, Saab engineers, and field staff.
• Provide RCCA insights; track delivery metrics and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare customer reports and present updates at PMRs; ensure SOP compliance.
