Saab is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities after DoD system deliveries. You will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams to ensure quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement throughout fielded systems’ lifecycles.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in program management, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with required years of PM experience.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for post-delivery activities with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide programmatic leadership for depot and customer support activities, including planning and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quotes, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, service contracts, and integration efforts for on-site testing and training.
• Track on-time delivery and key metrics; support revenue forecasts and order projections.
