Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded systems delivered to DoD customers. You will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams through the lifecycle and drive quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to manage spares, repairs, and spares management while tracking metrics and ensuring timely delivery. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including planning and cost/schedule performance.
