Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded systems, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams throughout the lifecycle.

The role focuses on leadership, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, managing depots, spares, service contracts, and performance metrics, with up to 15% travel and strict SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering/business or related field.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in Project Management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for post-delivery activities with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide programmatic leadership of depot and customer support activities and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, service contracts, and integration efforts for testing and training.
• Plan and execute service events with customers, Saab engineers, and field technicians.
• Support field technicians by coordinating parts and follow-up discussions.
• Track on-time delivery and key metrics across sustainment activities.
• Participate in financial planning and revenue forecast processes.
• Analyze failure trends and RCCA requests to mitigate inventory risks.
• Ensure smooth system handovers and PMR updates.
• Develop customer reports aligned with customer model and SOP compliance.
