Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for multiple DoD fielded systems. You will serve as the primary liaison among program leadership, customers, and Saab teams, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination across functions, and a focus on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and timely customer communication. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years experience.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Understanding of quality and continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities and coordinate with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide programmatic leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including prioritization and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order management.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, and service contracts for integration efforts, on-site testing, and training.
• Plan and execute service events with customers, Saab engineers, field technicians, and managers.
• Support field technicians by coordinating parts and follow-up discussions with Saab staff.
• Track on-time delivery and key program metrics across sustainment activities.
• Contribute to revenue forecasts and order projections; analyze failure trends for RCCA and risk mitigation.
• Complete system handovers with Production PMs and prepare program updates for PMRs.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with Saab SOPs.
