Saab, Inc. is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for DoD customers, coordinating with program leadership and Saab teams throughout the lifecycle of fielded systems.

The role requires leading sustainment operations, resolving customer challenges, and focusing on quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, including field support, planning, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Understanding of quality and continuous improvement concepts, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities and coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide programmatic leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities with cost and schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Manage spares and repair quoting, order management, and service contract proposals for integration efforts and training.
• Coordinate service event planning and execution with the Technical Support Manager and customers; ensure parts are available.
• Support field technicians during service events and facilitate follow-up discussions with Saab teams.
• Coordinate spares and repairs with Contracts, Finance, CM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Test.
• Track on-time delivery and other program metrics to manage cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Participate in Saab's financial planning cycles with revenue forecasts and order projection feedback.
• Analyze failure trends to drive improvements and mitigate inventory risks.
