Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Systems Account Manager to strengthen long-term relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners, delivering total solutions for energy-efficient buildings.

You will work with our best-in-class Commercial HVAC team to advance the company's business strategy, develop customer value, and drive profitable partnerships. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in solution sales, preferably HVAC or technical fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to close deals and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver\'s license required

Responsibilities

• Lead project take-off, pricing, and selling strategy for equipment and services.
• Develop HVAC solutions addressing customer problems, including financial considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities with the acquisition team.
• Convert leads into opportunities and coordinate next steps.
• Create account business plans for long-term partnerships.
• Answer technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products.
• Travel within the region as needed
