Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Systems Account Manager to advance our Commercial HVAC portfolio and build long-term relationships with engineers, contractors and building owners. The role emphasizes delivering energy-efficient solutions and total customer value, with a focus on strategic account development.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, present at project take-offs, and drive profitability while navigating a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated work experience or BA/BS.
• 2+ years of experience in solution sales experience.
• DL NUMBER – Driver License, valid and in state for 12 months, with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy for equipment and services.
• Develop HVAC system solutions including financial and performance considerations for customers.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; assemble the acquisition team as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities by defining the sales process and next steps.
• Develop account-specific business plans to support long-term partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products.
